Prayer Requests
To pray for one another is, first of all, to acknowledge, in the presence of God, that we belong to each other as children of the same God. Without this acknowledgement of humn solidarity, what we do for one another does not flow from who we truly are. We are brothers and sisters, not competitors or rivals. We are children of God, not partisans of different gods.
— Henri Nouwen, Here and Now
Here is how you can pray for us …
Josh…
Health and humility.
Jessie…
The fear of getting sick. So far, I have been doing great, but easily can get worried and worked up, so keep praying!
Both of us…
Thank you for your prayers. Continued prayers for safety, trust, and relationships as we move along are appreciated! Also, both of us feel a desire to carve out more time daily for prayer, reading, and writing, which we seem to have a hard time doing on a regular basis.
Also…
That we can both be blessings to others we meet, and be blessed by the presence of others.
That we can learn each day to love each other more, and that we can put the other person before ourselves.
That we can see God in our everyday lives as we are traveling and visiting new places.

loved hearing from you both yesterday. What about photos? Will that be a possibility? I would love to actually “see” where you are. You are both in my prayers daily. Love, Mom

Aunt Debbie, AKA-Nana Debbie,
is also having you in my thoughts & prayers.
I hope you get some photos, too!
